Dr. Rahman is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. His expertise spans a range of general surgical services, including gallbladder surgery, hernia repair, colorectal surgery, and Skin lesion excision . He is also fully accredited by the Gastroenterological Society of Australia (GESA) to perform endoscopic procedures, including gastroscopy and colonoscopy. Dr. Rahman earned his MBBS degree from the University of Dhaka and completed a Master's in General Surgery at the University of Sydney. He obtained his Fellowship in General Surgery (FRACS) from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. To further enhance his expertise, Dr. Rahman completed two additional years of post-fellowship training at Macquarie University Hospital, specializing in gastrointestinal, colorectal, and upper gastrointestinal surgery, as well as at St George Hospital, focusing on trauma and general surgery. He currently consults at St George Private Hospital and Campbelltown Private Hospital, where he continues to deliver high-quality surgical care tailored to each patient's unique needs.

    This was through Southern network. He has worked in Liverpool Hospital, Albury & Wodonga Hospital, Coffs Harbour Hospital, Campbelltown Hospital, Fairfield Hospital and St George Hospital. Dr. Rahman had rotated through different terms and subspecialties including General Surgery, Colorectal, UGI, ASU, Breast and Endocrine. He has completed his general surgical training in February 2023.
